I’m dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues in children and adolescents. I’ve also had the honor of working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, both children and adults.

 

I believe that the foundation of effective therapy lies in a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship, where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I view my role as a compassionate guide and ally, walking alongside you as you navigate life’s complexities.
